ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the mistake and remove the wrong entry of S.F.No.389/4B situate at Ponnaiyankudieruppu, Melnilaivayal Post, Keelanilai via, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District in patta No.1344 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the S.F.No.389/4B in patta No.958 stands in the name of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is hereby dispensed with.

In order to rectify the alleged mistake of some wrong entry in the revenue records pertaining to the land of the petitioner in S.No.389/4B situate at Ponnaiyankudieruppu, Melnilaivayal Post, Keelanilai via, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, especially, the second and third respondents on 03.04.2019.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the said representation of the petitioner is decided by the respondents 2 and 3 and an order to that effect is passed within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.
6. I have heard the leaned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner would be considered by the second and third respondents on merits and an order to that effect would be passed within a time frame.
7. Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction: "that the second and third respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2019 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, of course, after hearing both the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent by giving notice to them and accordingly, decide the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." No costs.
