ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.01.2014, investigate into the case in accordance with law and final report within a reasonable time.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.32 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
