This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's online complaint made on 15.02.2025 and to take action against the 5th respondent for his illegal fishing in Veerankulam situated at Kattakamanpatti, Nilakottai Taluk and 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the 5th respondent for illegal fishing in Veerankulam situated at Kattakamanpatti, Nilakottai Taluk and Dindigul District. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.4 would submit that after receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2025, they had forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after the receipt of complaint of the petitioner from the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent is conducting enquiry in CSR No.169/2025 and the same is pending. 6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the the writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself, without issuing notice to the private parties by directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry in CSR No.169/2025 and conclude the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order.
