This petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.7 of 2016 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thanjavur District, Dated 26.12.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed into Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur.

4. Since in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Cr.M.P.(MD) No.1125 of 2017 is also dismissed.
