ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for a direction to direct the first respondent to pass final order regarding the genuineness of the petitioner's community certificate of Kattunayakan Community. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the Letter No.24046/CV-2/2010, dated 03.03.2025 issued by the first respondent and stated 2/5

that the petitioner appeared before the first respondent for enquiry and sought time for furnishing original documents and the first respondent granted time. However, later on she has not appeared before the Committee. If the petitioner furnishes the relevant original documents before the Committee, the Committee will consider the same and issue final orders in due course of time. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent and produce all the original documents and thereafter, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
