ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A1 and he was arrested on 26.02.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No. 50 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioner /A1 has engaged A2 and A3 and murdered the deceased, who is the father -in - law of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is the son - in - law of the deceased and due to civil dispute, he has been falsely implicated in this case, only on the basis of the confession of A2 and A3.

4. Per Contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner/A1 had engaged A2 and A3 for the commissioner of the offence and they have given sleeping tablets to the deceased and thereafter, strangulated the deceased and murdered him.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
