ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested on 30.03.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under section 392 r/w 397 of IPC, in Crime No.265 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.03.2015, the petitioner waylaid the de-facto complainant and by threat, took away Rs.300/- from his pocket.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner earlier involved in two 302 IPC cases and out of which, he was acquitted in one case and the other case is pending trial and this is a ground case to detain him under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the allegation made against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
