ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.429 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.This Court while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 21/08/2014, referred the matter for Mediation for amicable settlement.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the Mediator, but the defacto-complainant did not appear before the Mediator for settlement.
4.Hence, interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 21/08/2014 is made absolute.
