This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, direct the second respondent to produce the petitioner's properties to the first respondent and the first respondent to return the petitioner's properties.
2. As the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submits that the vehicle return of which is sought for is not in the custody of the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed with the observation that it will be open to the petitioner to work out his remedy including preference of complaint against the person wrongfully in possession of the vehicle, in accordance with law.
