COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that though these petitions are filed, challenging the First Information Report registered against the petitioners, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a reasonable time. Further, he would submit that the petitioners have sufficient materials to disprove the prosecution case. Therefore, this Court may permit the petitioners to place the materials before the law enforcing agency during the investigation.
