This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R in Crime No.37 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the the second respondent would submit that the case in Crime No.37 of 2013, this Court by order dated 03.09.2015 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17080 of 2015 had already directed the first respondent to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a order copy and he has also produced the said order copy to that effect.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
