O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal on 13.06.2019 night at about 07.00 pm to 12.00 a.m in connection with temple Festival at Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman, Mariamman Thirukkovil is situated at Ambedkar Colony, Melarajakularaman Panchayat, Samsinapuram, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 13.06.2019 in

the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 04.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
