2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The names of the 2nd and 6th respondents have been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.3, 7 to 9, as well as the learned counsel for the 4th and 5th respondents have not raised any objection to this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
