ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, sole accused in Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 307 IPC r/w. Sections 354(d), 406, 420, 506(i) IPC and 4 of TNPHW Act and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to friendship through "Whatsapp", the petitioner / accused induced the de facto complainant to give her laptop to him and she gave the laptop along with modem, a sum of Rs.50,000/- and 1 1⁄4 sovereign gold chain. When the de facto complainant asked him to return the things, the petitioner/ accused threatened her in dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the laptop has been recovered from the petitioner. He further submitted that the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
