This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner for doing agricultural operations in the land bearing Survey Nos.239/1 & 239/2 to an extent of 2 acre and 75 cents situated at Kaliamman Kovil Street, Kamarajapuram, Theni District based on petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has already been enquired and the same was closed.
4.However, according the petitioner, her previous complaint dated 19.07.2017 has not been considered.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on payment of a cost of Rs.2,000/- to the second respondent police, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
