O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the fact that the complaint was given on 13.04.2015, the second respondent has refused the same. It is further submitted that a registered post sent was also returned as refused.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after receiving the papers from the registered post, the instructions have been given to the second respondent and enquiry is pending.

5. The above facts would disclose a callous attitude on the part of the second respondent. The respondent is duty bound to receive the complaint and proceed further. Considering the same, this Court directed the first respondent to transfer the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation to any other agency under his control and proceed further.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
