ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b), 364, 384 and 506(ii) of IPC on the basis of the petitioner complaint given to the second respondent dated 30.03.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
