2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not cooperating for enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear personally before the second respondent police on 29.04.2015.
