ORDER

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the copies of the following documents namely, I.5/57 Certificate of Registration, II.Form VII with covering letter of meeting, III.KSF and CSM amalgamation copy, IV.Money order receipt with letter dated 06.05.2019 in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2019 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.In order to get some documents, such as, Certificate of Registration, II.Form VII with covering letter of meeting, III.KSF and CSM amalgamation copy, IV.Money order receipt with letter dated 06.05.2019, the petitioner has made a request on 28.05.2019 to the respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if the said representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.05.2019 is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.

5.Heard Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2019 would be considered on merits and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame. 6.Considering the limited scope of this Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- "that the respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2019 and pass orders thereon, with regard to the grievance of the petitioner, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

7.With this direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
