This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report in Crime No.631 of 2023, dated 08.12.2023.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the substantial portion of the investigation has already been completed and however, they are awaiting for report from the Motor Vehicle Inspector. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents police to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
