PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on Interim bail for period of 1 month in Cr.No.34/2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police Puthukadai Police Station Kanyakumari District.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".

2. Earlier, this Court granted interim bail to the petitioner / sole accused for a period of two weeks starting at 06.00 p.m. from 01.03.2024 till 05.00 p.m. on 1/3

15.03.2024 and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the respondent Police at 05.00 p.m., on 15.03.2024 and on surrender, he was directed to produce before the trial Court by the respondent Police on the same day.

3. However, today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not surrender before the respondent Police till today.

4. From the submission made, it clearly shows that it is a clear violation of order of this Court and hence, the interim bail granted by this Court on 01.03.2024 shall stand cancelled and the respondent Police is directed to take action against the petitioner / sole accused in accordance with law and secure him to commit him to prison forthwith.
