ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that during the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant has received the gold jewels and other household articles from the petitioner and petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against this petitioner so far.

2.Since the matter has been settled partly between the parties and no case has been registered against this petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future during the course of investigation.
