This petition is filed to pass an order calling for the records in Crime No.81 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 15.03.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
