ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.323 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.293 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
