PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct R1 to instruct R2 herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by R3 For Petitioner : Mr.C.Senthil Murugan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.07.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
