This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.12.2017 within the stipulated time.

2.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the enquiry, the petitioner has requested that he can approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy. In the light of the aforesaid statement, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent police closed the petitioner's complaint.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is having any grievance, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
