The petitioner sought police protection on the strength of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.88 of 2016, dated 08.02.2018 by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent seeking police protection to implement the same. 2.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and to the necessary parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them pass orders on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the light of the judgment and decree passed by the trial Court.
