This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case against the 4th respondent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.04.2018 before the respondent police. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that after completing enquiry, First Information Report has been registered in this case by the third respondent police.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
