O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2024 and 15.02.2025 seeking to grant police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to his property in Survey No.152/20 in Lakshmipuram Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.According to the petitioner, already there is a civil dispute pending in O.S.NO.156 of 2024 on the file of the Additional District 2/5

Court, Padmanabhapuram. Earlier, the petitioner has sent the representations dated 02.09.2024 and on 15.02.2025 seeking police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to his property, but the same were not considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and they will take appropriate steps in accordance with law, within fifteen days.

4.At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the rival party represented that he is going to file impleading petition since the said subject property belongs to the rival party.

5.This Court, without going into the merits in respect of the rights of the parties, directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to all the interested parties.
