By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.01.2021.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the second respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal.
