This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in the Crime No.103 of 2017 dated 23.04.2017 on the file of the respondent 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within two month.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
