Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2021 in the light of the judgment in W.P(MD) No.19651 of 2017.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.02.2021, in the light of the judgment in W.P(MD)No.19651 of 2017.

2.The petitioner submitted a representation on 17.02.2021, requested not to include his name in the History sheet maintained by the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the petitioner is a history sheeter. His name has been maintained in the History Sheet No. 74 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent.

W.P(MD)No.5772 of 2021 4.Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
