Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order, or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" i.e, cross massage in the name and style of "Sesu Ayurvedic Spa" at Hotel K7 Sun residency, Race Course Road, Dindigul, Dindigul District by passing orders on her representation dated 06.03.2021. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" in the name and style of "Sesu Ayurvedic Spa" at Hotel K7 Sun residency, Race Course Road, Dindigul, Dindigul District based on her representation, dated 06.03.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner intended to run a spa in the name of Sesu Ayurvedic Spa at Hotel K7 Sun residency, Race Course Road, Dindigul, Dindigul District and made a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.5707 of 2021 06.03.2021. On receipt of the same, enquiry was conducted and found that as against the said hotel namely, K7 Sun Residency already a FIR has been registered in Crime No.30 of 2019 under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 06.03.2021, was rejected by an order dated 12.03.2021 itself.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
