ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.03.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent

3. The petitioner is aged 57 years. The victim girl is aged 11 years, the petitioner deserves no sympathy.

4. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed.
