Thirumalai Samuthiram Panchayat, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District. : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to shift the transformer from the petitioner's plot in Plot No.27, S.F No.141/1A and 141/1B situated in Thirumalai Samuthiram Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District to some other nearer place and consequently, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to disburse damages to him for their illegal act of erecting transformer in his plot without his consent, based on his representation, dated 01/02/2023 and pass such further or other orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing Counsel appearing for the respondent 1 to 3 and 5. 2.This writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned the Standing Counsel appearing for the official respondents, after dispensing with the requirement of filing counter affidavit.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the official respondents
submits that the 5th respondent will consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01/02/2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Recoding the same, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking given by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the official respondents. No costs.
