This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime No.226 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent has been settled by way of granting divorce and other means.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
