This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.171 of 2017 pending on the file of the Respondent No.1 Police station.

2. Heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that after completing the investigation charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police.
