It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.06.2016.
2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has represented that the petitioner after receiving the key of his shop from one Venkatesh Babu, has stated that rest of the remedies would be sought for from the civil Court. Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, the complaint was closed. 4.In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already served. It is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
