ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioners are detained under Act 14 of 1982 by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil, vide his proceedings in P.D.No.66/2017, dated 05.10.2017 and he produced a copy of the detention order. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to withdraw this petition in view of the above said detention order.
