to issue a "WRIT OF CERTIORARFIED MANDAMUS" or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records on the file of the respondent in TIN No.33605301442/2016-17 dated 26.07.2017, quash the same and direct the respondents to pass order afresh after affording an opportunity to the petitioner to file their objections against the show cause Notice dated 22.03.2017 and after verifying the books of accounts of the petitioner ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 169 days in representing the Writ Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 169 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4. The amount deposited can be used for the purpose of infrastructure facilities for the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
