ORDER

This application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The specific case of the petitioner is that he has already filed HMOP No.19 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional Sub court, Madurai seeking divorce. Thereafter, it is alleged that a false complaint has been preferred in order to make the petitioner to withdraw the divorce petition. The specific allegation is that the petitioner is compelled to live with his wife.

petitioner and his presence was required only in connection with the complaint dated 21.06.2016. There is an undertaking by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner will be called for enquiry only by issuing summons, prescribing the date, place and time.

5.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
