ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is stated in the petition that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Subbulakshmi against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He would further submit that the second respondent Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. 5.In view of the fact that the petition filed against the petitioner has been enquired and closed, there is no scope for further harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
