ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned Order dated 15.02.2023 and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 and 4 herein to make entries of the Judgment and Decree dated 15.02.2019 passed in Appeal Suit in A.S.No. 87 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul in the entries pertaining to Encumbrance Certificate of the Agricultural Punja Land in Survey No. 624A/6A at Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has submitted an application to register the judgment decree. Through the impugned orders, the respondents have stated that unless a Court order is issued directing the respondents to register the Judgment. The same is registered.

3. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking to register the judgment decree dated 15.02.2023, passed in A.S. No. 87 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul, so that the same would reflect in the encumbrance certificate regarding agricultural punja land in the relevant survey number.

4. In this case, the petitioner is only seeking to register the judgment and decree. There is no order restraining the registration of the same. Therefore, the prayer sought by the petitioner is completely justified. There is no legal impediment to registering the decree.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to register the judgment decree within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed 08.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Ksa 3/5
