The writ prayer is for conducting survey.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted yesterday in the presence of the petitioner and that some encroachments have been noticed.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
