Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct marriage between her son Karthikeyan and Rashmi on 13.03.2022 at Arulmigu Soalaimalai Murugan Temple, Pazhamudircholai Temple at about 06.30 a.m. to 07.20 a.m., by receiving the application of the petitioner and consequently, direct the respondents to issue acknowledgment for the marriage forthwith.

Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct marriage between her son Karthikeyan and Rashmi on 13.03.2022 at Arulmigu Soalaimalai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP (MD) No. 4499 of 2022 Murugan Temple, Pazhamudircholai Temple, at about 06.30 a.m. to 07.20 a.m., by receiving her application and consequently, direct the respondents to issue acknowledgment for the marriage forthwith. 3.The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the marriage can be solemnized in the precincts of the Temple. However, the learned counsel submits that a certified copy the Transfer Certificate and Community Certificate of the Bride, which are enclosed at Page Nos.17 and 25 of the Typed Set of papers, respectively, declaring that she belongs to SC Valluvan Community may be furnished to the Temple authorities.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
