ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the respondents in the MCOP to set aside the Decreetal Order, dated 08.12.2021 passed in E.A.No.1 of 2021 in E.P.No.125 of 2019 in M.C.O.P. No 107 of 2009 on the file of Sub Court, Devakottai.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the Government on the sole ground that the appropriate authority is the Tahsildar, Thiruvadanai, but the petitioners have wrongly impleaded the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram and Tahsildar Devakottai.

3. By Order, dated 27.08.2024, this Court has recorded that the District Collector is higher authority and directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,68,080/-. The order of this Court is complied with and the said amount was paid on 07.10.2024.

4. Since the Government has paid the amount in E.P.No.125 of 2019 in M.C.O.P. No 107 of 2009, nothing survives for adjudication. The claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount Rs.1,68,080/-, as per law.

5. With these observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.10.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes KSA 3/5
