Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to stop the setting up of Petrol Bulk in Survey Nos. 57/6, 57/7 and 57/19, situated at Kasavanur Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District and for the non issuance of Clearance Certificate to the new Petrol Bulk, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2024, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of the No Objection Certificate issued by the DRO as well as the District Collector. Copy of the same has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner still feels aggrieved, the same can be questioned in the manner known to law. At present, without a formal challenge to the No Objection Certificate, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained.
