This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite investigation in Crime No.230 of 2017 and file a charge sheet within the period prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within two month.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.230 of 2017, within a period of two month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
