This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judicial II Class Magistrate No.II, Karaikudi against the petitioners. 2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioners. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2014, the Special Judicial II Class Magistrate No.II, Karaikudi, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
