Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Usilampatty, Madurai District in C.C.No.19 of 2015 to expedite and complete the trial within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Usilampatty, Madurai District, to expedite and complete the trial in C.C.No.19 of 2015 within a reasonable time.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a complaint against the accused before the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.29 of 2014. After completing the investigation, the respondent police filed a charge sheet and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatty, Madurai District and the above said case has been adjourned from time to time at the instance of the respondent police for the reason of the accused being absent for a long time and hence, the petitioner has filed this petition to expedite the trial.

4.Considering the facts of the case and without expressing any opinion, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatty, Madurai District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.19 of 2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
